Innerloop is a personal development app that helps you track habits, set goals, journal, and receive AI-powered coaching. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as needed.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Innerloop (habits, goals, journal entries, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
The AI coach feature provides general guidance and suggestions only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice. For emergencies or serious concerns, please contact appropriate professional services.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
